We are continuing to monitor the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation and wanted to provide an update to our Revolution United families. First and foremost, we hope that all of our families continue to be safe and healthy and are following all recommendations to allow us all to get back to our normal lives, athletics, schools and every day living here in our great state.
As we previously announced, we would be suspending any organized practices, scrimmages and games - Our target date for resuming these programs is currently April 12, and that is from guidance from local and state recommendations. As we all know, this date may also change depending on additional information that may change from day to day. We will continue to send updates out to keep our families best informed.
Families that have participated in spring soccer in years past know that typically we are starting practices in mid-April due to weather. That said, this year it appeared we were going to get on the fields earlier, however COVID-19 had other plans. As of right now, there are no announced delays from the NH Soccer League on the start date of the spring soccer season. Again, this information may also change, which may include a shorter season, or pushing the start date of the season back when it is safe to do so, so all of the players (and parents) can get out some much needed energy. As a reminder, Revolution United does not make these decisions on league start dates and end dates, as that is determined by the state league.
For now, it is just too early to be able to guess as to what the spring season will look like for soccer, however again, we are completing all task as if the start date remains at April 25/26 for the seasons first games.
Thank you to those who have written in to check on us as well, we greatly appreciate it. We will hopefully see all of you on the fields soon!

An important update from our previous information on COVID-19.
As we all know, there is information changing daily and sometimes even by the hour. We announced suspensions of programs start dates earlier in the week, and do not anticipate making and adjustment to those dates for another week or so. Typically with our spring sports, due to weather and field conditions we are not yet on the fields until after April 1st and in some cases mid-April.
The NH Soccer Association has not announced any plans to adjust the start date for the spring competitive season either as just like many of us, they are waiting for more information.
We understand most people expect immediate and concrete information however in a case like this we don’t feel that is possible. We appreciate everyone’s patience with our volunteers who are working hard to answer all questions that you may have. Again, this has not yet run into the timeline of our spring soccer program.
On Friday, Fieldhouse Sports has announced a suspension of the indoor soccer season. As more information is available from Fieldhouse, we will pass it along.
Continue to be safe, healthy and if there is anything we can assist with please let us know!
Over the past week, we have heard a lot about the Coronavirus and how it has had an affect all across the world and in sporting events across the country. Revolution United Sports Group continues to stay up to date on this information from our partners at US Soccer, US Youth Soccer, and New Hampshire Soccer Association. Currently, we have a small number of teams participating in session 2 of indoor soccer at Fieldhouse Sports. As of this post, there has not been a change in their schedule and the facility would be who makes the call on any cancellations. Futsal, through Northeast Premier Futsal League has been suspended until further notice.
Planning for the next few weeks, we will continue to monitor, however our Spring soccer season is currently on schedule as regularly planned with the New Hampshire Soccer League. If there are any changes, they will be communicated out at a later time. Revolution United Sports Group is implementing a temporary hold on any training sessions or off season competition (not including indoor soccer) until April 1, 2020. Spring teams should not be getting together in a training or scrimmage format until that date.
Below is information received today, from New Hampshire Soccer Association
Based on the current information and facts, it is recommended that everyone be familiar with the best practices and protocols set forth by the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Several events across the country have been canceled or postponed, however we feel at this time, all soccer in the granite state can go on as scheduled. With that said, please be respectful of individual or organizational decisions. Please be mindful of the facilities and venues we play in, especially schools and decisions they need to make regarding usage. If you are traveling out of state, please be aware of the situation at your destination and follow traveling recommendations ( CDC link below)
