Alton, NH- Revolution United would like to welcome Coach Susca to the competitive coaching staff. Susca has been coaching with the club recreationally for 3 years now for basketball and soccer. Throughout this Winter, she has coached her own U12 boys soccer team for both sessions, while coaching for two recreational basketball teams as well. Her commitment to the club has extended as she will step up this Spring to coach the 2010 Boys Advance team.
When asked what Coach Susca looked forward to this Spring, she responded with “Developing players skills and confidence.” She would like to not only focus on the technicality of each player, but how to make them confident in their own abilities. The more confident each player is, the better performance they will put out. Susca is further developing her coaching philosophy by joining our competitive staff. She received her Grassroots 9v9 Certification recently after going through the required training courses. Coach Susca talked about the morale that she wants to encourage her team to have this Spring. “Practice as a team, play as a team. Positive attitudes make for positive experiences” Susca says. Keeping her team positive is one of the main parts of her personal coaching philosophy. She enjoys getting to know each and every player, and watching them all become a team as the season moves on. Good luck to Coach Susca in her debut season! If you have any questions about this team or any other Revolution United teams, please contact admin@revsunited.com.
