We are continuing to monitor the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation and wanted to provide an update to our Revolution United families. First and foremost, we hope that all of our families continue to be safe and healthy and are following all recommendations to allow us all to get back to our normal lives, athletics, schools and every day living here in our great state.
As we previously announced, we would be suspending any organized practices, scrimmages and games - Our target date for resuming these programs is currently April 12, and that is from guidance from local and state recommendations. As we all know, this date may also change depending on additional information that may change from day to day. We will continue to send updates out to keep our families best informed. Families that have participated in spring soccer in years past know that typically we are starting practices in mid-April due to weather. That said, this year it appeared we were going to get on the fields earlier, however COVID-19 had other plans. As of right now, there are no announced delays from the NH Soccer League on the start date of the spring soccer season. Again, this information may also change, which may include a shorter season, or pushing the start date of the season back when it is safe to do so, so all of the players (and parents) can get out some much needed energy. As a reminder, Revolution United does not make these decisions on league start dates and end dates, as that is determined by the state league. For now, it is just too early to be able to guess as to what the spring season will look like for soccer, however again, we are completing all task as if the start date remains at April 25/26 for the seasons first games. Thank you to those who have written in to check on us as well, we greatly appreciate it. We will hopefully see all of you on the fields soon! Stay safe, Revolution United Sports Group
