As we have all seen recently, the increase in COVID-19 positive cases within our community have been rising once again and we need to do our part to ensure players, coaches and families remain safe at the fields. Effective immediately, all players are required to utilize the RSVP function within their sportsengine account. This function works as our contract tracing system in case we need to go back to games or practices after hearing about a positive case. If you need a reminder on how to RSVP, please visit this article https://help.sportsengine.com/en/articles/822-how-do-i-rsvp-to-a-game-or-event
Additionally, players should not be participating in after game handshakes with the opposing teams. Players should refrain from sharing water bottles at practices and games, and players are encouraged to use hand sanitizer before and after practices and games. If your player has a fever or any potential symptoms of COVID19, please keep them home from their practice or game. It is extremely important to not potentially continue the spread of COVID19 within our teams and communities. Coaches have all received COVID19 protocols and in cases where needed, games or practices will be cancelled as required. We are all doing our best to beat this, from our volunteers to our parents and the players who want to be out on the field each week, please continue to follow these request so we can all remain on the soccer fields this season. Thank you for your attention and understanding to this important reminder! Revolution United
