WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE SPRING 2020 SOCCER SEASON?
As of May 5, 2020 around 1:15pm, the NH Soccer League and the NH Soccer Association made the difficult decision to cancel the spring 2020 competitive soccer season. More information will follow and will be provided via email to all club registered spring players.
with the spring season cancelled, will we receive a refund?
With the spring season being cancelled, you will receive a link to complete 3 questions for verification within the next 10-14 days. You will also be given the option to have a full refund, apply this fee to spring 2021, or keep on your Revs account for a credit to be used for other registrations (camps, other seasons, indoor, etc)
CAN WE CANCEL OUR UNIFORM ORDER?
Unfortunately they cannot accept returns for orders that are in the system. As we all know, this was not any manufacturer, club or state associations fault and we assure you they are all working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are all in this together. These uniforms will remain the club uniform through 2023 in competitive and indoor soccer, so there wouldn't be any other reason to replace it.
when can we expect our uniforms if we haven't received it yet?
Under Armour custom uniforms ship directly from Mexico. As of April 1, the Mexican Government has shut down all non-essential businesses for 60 days. Under Armour plans to reopen June 8 and has a ship date of any outstanding orders of July 1. Some members will receive partial shipments. This may include shorts and socks if you ordered these items as they are considered stock items and not custom. They are trying to clear as many orders as possible and have only 43 left in the line to be completed when they reopen. As we all know, this is something out of anyone's control right now as all companies and individuals navigate through this difficult times.
CAN WE MAKE A DONATION TO THE CLUB?
Yes. The club has experienced expenses prior to the season starting as we always to in order to prepare for the upcoming season. Expenses such as new goals, nets, and field paint were all purchased prior to the shutdown. Please understand this is not something that is required. If you want to adjust your credit or provide a full donation to the club, please email admin@revsunited.com
WILL WE RECEIVE OUR FREE HOME JERSEY?
Home uniforms for the spring 2020 season will be held per our sponsors request as they are who have purchased them. The plan would be to carry these forward into the new season as we work closely with our sponsor to continue supporting the families within the club.
WHAT ARE THE REFUND OR CREDIT OPTIONS?
Move Spring 2020 registration to Spring 2021 (Receive Free Long Sleeve Pre-Game Shirt)
We will take your current spring 2020 registration and move it to spring 2021 so you do not need to re-register. If the fees for the 2021 increase, you will still be locked in with the 2020 fees and not have any additional cost for the 2021 season. Registrations using this option will also receive the free Long Sleeve Pre-Game jersey for this season provided by our sponsors at A Sharper Image Landscape |
Receive Revs Account Credit
Choosing this option we will email you a discount code which will have a credit for the spring 2020 fees per player. This code would be valid for any upcoming registrations that you wish to apply it towards and does not have an expiration date. This may be valid for indoor soccer, fall soccer, camps, etc. |
Receive Refund via Check (7-10 business days)
Choosing this option you will receive a check within 7-10 business days of filling out the required form. Forms will be provided by team no later than May 20, 2020. After the form is completed, a check would be sent using the timeline noted above. |
